Teams.
A team is a digital workspace where you and
your teammates can collaborate in WhistleIt.
- Department-wise teams are those teams that are created by each department in an office and only have members of that specific department.
- General teams are those teams that cover all employees in a company, the members in this group are added or deleted by admins of the office.
Channels.
Channels for topic-based, group-based, or
meeting-based chat that reduces email clutter.
- Public Channels are open to everyone on a team. New team members can ask to join in any public channels.
- Private Channels are for sensitive topics and are only visible to selected team members who were added by the channel creator.
- Direct Channels are for conversations between two people. It is visible only to the people involved.
Messages.
Sending and replying to messages are
important ways to keep conversations
active with your team.
- Multiple Attributes which include deleting and editing messages after sending them or sharing links to any message.
- Simply type the message now and put it out of your mind. Our Scheduled Message feature will send the message automatically at the time you prefer.
- Effective Commands to execute seamless conversation like mentioning a particular member in a group message, and save, copy or pin messages.
- The Code Block is used to paste multi-line blocks of code or other text to read with fixed-width font alignment.
Notifications.
WhistleIt will notify you of ongoing activity by
sending notifications directly when someone
sends a message or share anything
- Desktop Notifications are pop-ups that appear in the corner of your main monitor when using any browser.
- Email Notifications will be sent to you if you miss the push notification. You can enable or disable email notifications.
- Mobile Push Notifications appear on the lock screen of your mobile device if the WhistleIt Android or iOS app is installed.

- Search Messages instantly and easily by writing the required keyword in the search field.
